Wind Bell / Wind Chime / Dinner Bell / Wind Gong – “Sun-Kissed Valley”

Description

This Wind Bell or Wind Gong by artist, Cindy Phillips is hand crafted. It was designed with warmth in mind. The sound it makes is what I would describe as a reverberating mid-range “dongggggg” sound. It can be used manually as a dinner bell to call those kids inside for their vittles, or can chime with the soothing sound that will resound when the wind hits its sail.

This is a larger bell. I love to recycle. This was made with a decommissioned oxygen tank. It took work, ingenuity, and a bit of persistence. I tried many variations and did a ton of experimentation as to what I would use for the chime.
